The service

cvautofill stores your CV and helps you fill job application forms, including AI-drafted answers to open-ended questions. You must review every answer before submitting an application.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit to an employer.
• You may only upload a CV and personal data that are yours to share.
• You may not use the service to send automated or bulk applications.

AI-generated content

AI-drafted answers can be wrong or incomplete. They are suggestions, not statements of fact, and you accept responsibility for what you choose to submit.

Paid plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the billing interval and price shown in Stripe Checkout, plus any taxes Stripe is required to collect. You can cancel through the billing portal at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the portal says otherwise. Except where required by law, charges for a started billing period are not refundable. Plan allowances reset according to the period shown in your account.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for outcomes of job applications you submit.

Termination

You may close your account from the dashboard. If you have a paid Stripe subscription, the deletion flow attempts to cancel it before deleting your login identity. If cancellation fails, the login is retained so you can retry or use the billing portal. You can also reach us through our contact form. We may terminate or suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above changes when we do.
